Privacy Charter & Telemetry Security Protocol

Scope

This charter explains the narrow browser-state functions used by glintviewtica.mom. GLINTVIEWTICA is designed to provide a fragrance reference without building personal profiles or operating behavioral advertising systems.

Transient performance data

Performance status, extraction yield language, currency indicators, and batch allocation labels are generated in transient browser memory. The 60-second layout sweep refreshes visible markers without recording a visitor identity or retaining a browsing history.

What is not collected

The platform records zero personal identification metrics, operates zero hardware trackers, and processes zero monitoring tracking layers. No account is required. No fragrance preference profile is created. No biometric, contact, location, device fingerprint, or cross-site advertising record is intentionally collected.

Local consent state

If a visitor selects Acknowledge on the consent banner, a small local browser value confirms that the notice has been seen. This value remains on the visitor’s device and is not used to identify the visitor. Removing local site storage clears that preference.

External destinations

Links to Creed, Tom Ford, Parfums de Marly, Byredo, and Maison Francis Kurkdjian open independent destinations. Their privacy practices may differ from this charter; visitors should consult each destination’s own notices before submitting information.

Security boundaries

Reasonable interface controls are used to reduce casual copying and protect the presentation layer. No internet transmission or browser system can guarantee absolute security. Visitors should avoid submitting confidential information through ordinary site links.

Charter changes

This page may be revised when the registry, browser-state behavior, or legal requirements change. The current year and effective wording are displayed on this page.
